Welcome to Exalted INC, founded by Muhammad Usama. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and Flutter applications. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Exalted INC provides Flutter application development services including but not limited to:

• Flutter application development
• Cross-platform mobile solutions
• Problem-solving app creation
• UI/UX design for Flutter apps
• App maintenance and updates
• Google Play Store and Apple App Store deployment
• App store optimization

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Exalted INC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Client Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the intellectual property you provide to us. By providing content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Deliverables

Upon full payment of our services, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the deliverables we create for you, subject to the terms of any separate license agreement.

Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with our services as outlined in the project proposal or agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Typically, we require:

• 50% deposit upon project initiation
• 25% upon completion of development phase
• 25% upon final delivery and approval

Late Payments

Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional charges. We reserve the right to use third-party collection agencies for overdue accounts.

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback, and unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines.

Delays caused by client-requested changes, additional requirements, or failure to provide necessary materials may result in extended timelines and additional charges.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This includes but is not limited to:

• Client business information and strategies
• Source code and technical specifications
• Financial information
• Trade secrets and proprietary processes

Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. If you notify us of any defects within 30 days of delivery, we will correct them at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Exalted INC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• We will deliver all completed work to date
• Both parties will return or destroy confidential information
• Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Exalted INC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
